The platform adds a semantic layer to laboratory data, making them structured, interoperable, and AI-ready from the start.

The role · Day to day
Main responsibilities
Build in APEX
Design and develop application features in Oracle APEX, owning UI and flow.
Write database logic
Build and optimize the SQL and PL/SQL layer that powers the product.
Shape the data model
Contribute to the design of the data model and application architecture.
Integrate systems
Develop and maintain integrations with external systems and APIs.
Refine the UX
Improve application usability together with founders and domain experts.
Hold the quality bar
Security, maintainability, traceability, performance — as defaults, not afterthoughts.
What you bring
Skills and background
Must have
Non-negotiable skills
- Experience with Oracle APEX and Oracle Database development
- Solid knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL
- Experience designing data-driven business applications
- Experience with REST APIs, integrations, and workflow-oriented systems
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of product deliverables
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Nice to have
Ways to stand out
- Experience with laboratory, scientific, regulated, or data-intensive environments
- Experience with cloud deployments and application security best practices
- Experience mentoring other developers or contributing to engineering processes
